EDTC 3321 Computer/Web-Based Training

This course expands on what you have learned in EDTC 3320 – Instructional Design for the Corporate Trainer. In order to provide effective computer/web-based training, it is necessary for the instructional designer to conduct a needs assessment to ascertain where a company’s employees most probably require assistance. By doing so, the instructional designer will be able to make more informed decisions about the most appropriate type and level of training so that the trainees will have a meaningful, learning experience. Therefore, as the instructional designer, you will be expected to implement the ADDIE Model, effectively, to develop computer/web-based training for a corporate environment.
